Responsibilities
Manage Internet Sales Team
Coaching, Side-by-side sales, monthly performance reviews
Recruit and hire for Internet sales position
Field questions and handle higher priority leads
Communicate inventory availability and ordering lead times
Monitor Internet Appointments and re-assign if necessary
Make sure leads are answered in a timely manner
Making calls, texts, emails and setting appointments to support sales goals and drive traffic
Review Individual and Store Closing % weekly and communicate accordingly. (Weekly, Monthly)
Monitor response time and communication logs
Identify duplicate leads
Input missing leads
Listening to phone calls
Ensure bad and lost leads are marked appropriately. (Daily, Weekly)
Provide recommendations to GM to improve processes and closing percentages. – (Monthly)
Lead source effectiveness
Missed opportunities
Utilization of our Digital Technologies and Digital Retail tools
Participate in Operations Review as requested
Start and stop Internet lead round robin status when consultants have extended leaves
Maintain appropriate CSI sores and KPI metrics
Qualification
Required
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) are required
