Responsibilities
Concept and execute big-idea activations for organic social and integrated campaigns
Collaborate with creative, account, and strategy partners to ensure work aligns with client goals
Refine concepts throughout production, ensuring creative excellence
Work with multiple partner agencies and cross-functional teams to develop above-the-line campaign content
Manage multiple stakeholders and evolving processes with adaptability and professionalism
Stay ahead of cultural and social trends, translating insights into fresh, relevant creative ideas
Present and articulate concepts clearly to internal teams and, when needed, to clients
Mentor junior talent and provide constructive feedback to elevate team output
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Creative Writing, Advertising, or related field
7+ years of experience in copywriting and conceptual creative work
Strong portfolio showcasing organic social activations and integrated campaign thinking
Solid understanding of the creative development process, with the ability to give guidance, effective feedback, and deliver work efficiently
Hands-on experience in production workflows
Background in integrated or digital agencies with a focus on conceptual creative thinking
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently
Preferred
Experience in fintech
