Responsibilities
Manage key card benefits, including benefit strategy, performance metrics, and issue management
Partner closely with key partner teams including Customer Marketing, AmexTravel, One AP, and Retention teams to influence benefit placement, messaging and overall engagement strategy
Analyze key portfolio and customer metrics to deeply understand core customer needs and benefit performance
Innovate and launch premium business offers, rewards and benefits
Confident, meticulous project management across a highly matrixed teams to drive initiatives forward
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant experience
Solutions-oriented, customer-first strategic thinker with attention to detail
General manager mindset with financial competency and marketing knowledge
Expert project management skills and ability to launch end-to-end initiatives with seamless execution
Demonstrated ability to bring others along and get things done through influence
Passion for solving customer needs, and the confidence to challenge the status quo
Excellent oral and written communications skills with audiences of all levels of seniority
Ability to define and execute multiple workstreams at a time, autonomously
