Responsibilities

Create and manage requisitions, purchase orders, and receipts within the ERP system
Support sourcing and contracting activities
Track and expedite purchase orders to meet required delivery schedules
Monitor open orders and supplier performance
Ensure on-time delivery of materials to support project and operational needs
Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies
Review and resolve invoice holds related to purchase orders and receipts
Coordinate with vendors and Accounts Payable to clear discrepancies efficiently
Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and suppliers
Provide updates on order status, delivery timelines, and issue resolution

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination
Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
Strong understanding of P2P processes (requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing)
ERP system experience (Oracle Cloud strongly preferred)
Purchase order tracking and expediting
Inventory control and reconciliation
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for tracking and reporting
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
Experience working in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Industrial environments
Experience working in a medium to large enterprise ERP environment
ERP systems (Oracle Cloud preferred)
