Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, project teams, and internal support staff
Take full ownership of contracts, budgets, schedules, and overall project execution
Lead project planning from preconstruction through closeout
Ensure all work meets quality standards and aligns with plans, specifications, drawings, and engineering documents
Proactively resolve project challenges, conflicts, and schedule impacts to keep projects on track
Coordinate closely with Purchasing to ensure materials are ordered, expedited, and delivered to meet project timelines
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience managing commercial Electrical Construction projects
Proven background in Data Centers, Healthcare, and commercial projects
Strong understanding of construction scheduling and project controls
Ability to work from project sites throughout DFW and North Texas
Willingness to travel as needed (a plus)
