Financial Advisor
Daybright Financial is one of the largest independently owned insurance brokerage firms in the country, providing a full range of employee benefits and retirement solutions. They are seeking a Financial Advisor to join their Individual Financial Solutions Segment, focusing on building relationships and providing financial planning services to clients in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities
Interviewing clients to determine their current income, expenses, insurance coverage, tax status, financial objectives, risk tolerance, and other information needed to develop a financial plan
Analyzing financial information obtained from clients to determine strategies for meeting clients' financial objectives
Selling financial products such as investment advisory, annuities, mutual funds, and insurance (licenses required)
Working within the Pennsylvania education System to establish and build relationships with Centers of Influence as well as employees to assist them with planning and preparing for a healthy retirement
Reviewing clients' accounts and plans regularly to determine whether life changes, economic changes, or financial performance indicates a need for plan reassessment
Recommending strategies clients can use to achieve their financial goals and objectives, including specific recommendations in such areas as cash management, insurance coverage, and investment planning
Building and maintaining client bases, keeping current client plans up-to-date and recruiting new clients on an ongoing basis
Answering clients' questions about the purposes and details of financial plans and strategies
Qualification
Required
Excellent sales and communication skills
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Need to have or be willing to obtain (KMC will sponsor):
College Grads: SIE completion or in process
Employed Candidates: Securities registration (FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7 and 63, or 66)
If licensed, must have clean FINRA BrokerCheck
PA Life & Health insurance license
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (Finance or related field preferred)
