As a Growth Manager, you will lead pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for Verkada’s core product suite, executing account-based marketing programs and collaborating closely with sales leadership to shape the go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies that drive pipeline growth through ABM and scaled outreach

Design and manage a scalable, repeatable framework for automated campaigns

Own the data strategy for audience segmentation, intent signal identification, and the optimization of demand capture programs

Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from planning to execution to performance analysis

Work closely with internal teams across data science, marketing development representatives (MDRs), marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign success

Track and analyze key campaign metrics

Required

4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, biz ops, strategic consulting, a startup or equivalent, highly preferred

Strong understanding of tapping into multiple channels - digital and outbound (webinars, direct mail, email, content syndication)

Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations and product teams

Proficiency in data analysis, knowledge of SQL and Excel preferred

Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and optimizing performance
