Supervise and enhance manufacturing processes on the production floor
Document processes and draft technical reports to support compliance
Identify opportunities for improving efficiency, quality, and safety
Maintain a proactive approach to learning and professional development
Qualification
Required
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to learning and adapting in manufacturing operations
Preferred
Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering preferred
Prior experience working in process improvements within a pharmaceutical (or related) environment is preferred
