They are seeking a hands-on Growth Manager who will blend marketing execution with commercial ownership to drive revenue growth and manage growth experiments.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth directly, if your campaigns generate interest, you’re expected to engage, qualify, and close

Design, launch, and scale growth experiments across multiple channels including email, outbound, paid ads, events, direct mail, and partnerships

Own experimentation end-to-end

Partner with the wider growth team to deliver aggressive month-over-month revenue and customer growth

Carry a quota and be accountable for measurable outcomes

Build and manage growth infrastructure including CRM workflows, analytics, attribution, and testing frameworks

Produce high-quality written and visual collateral to support campaigns and sales conversations

Act like an owner, identify opportunities, move fast, and push initiatives forward without waiting for permission

Required

Experience in growth marketing

Ability to drive revenue growth directly

Comfortable with experimentation and outbound activity

Experience in designing, launching, and scaling growth experiments across multiple channels including email, outbound, paid ads, events, direct mail, and partnerships

Experience partnering with a growth team to deliver aggressive month-over-month revenue and customer growth
