Responsibilities
Manage and maintain product information across the company database and website
Create electronic product information sheets for Cayman’s catalog of compounds
Develop product sizes and pricing based on established guidelines
Search for chemical compound information using various databases
Track product status and maintain product archives via Sharepoint
Proof all marketing and product documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
Search, obtain, and export scientific journal articles and patents using EndNote for research staff
Work with laboratory staff to document and maintain scientific lab notebooks
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Experience with database systems required
Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to work independently

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in life science or library and information science
2-3 years of relevant experience
InDesign or other desktop publishing software
SharePoint and Endnote experience
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and assist in other job duties
