Cybersecurity IAM Analyst

Responsibilities
Assist in administering identity solutions, IAM applications, and tools such as Active Directory, Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration, and other identity applications
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines
Support the enforcement of IAM policies, standards, and procedures
Lead application onboarding workstreams to onboard access management processes for target applications as part of the Identity Governance and Administration program
Participate in audits, access management process reviews, and assist in identifying control deficiencies, recommending improvements as necessary
Assist with the development and tracking of IAM metrics, KPIs, and reports to help measure progress and communicate performance to management
Support IAM tools and technologies, recommending enhancements or improvements based on organizational needs
Collaborate with the IAM team to implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and role-based access control (RBAC) solutions
Assist in the administration of user accounts, groups, and access privileges within the IAM system
Help resolve day-to-day IAM operational issues and escalations, ensuring timely problem resolution
Support the seamless integration of IAM solutions into the overall infrastructure
Participate in IAM-related projects, contributing to tasks such as resource coordination, timelines, and deliverables
Keep updated with IAM trends, tools, and technologies to improve the organization's security posture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or a related security discipline
Experience with IAM tools like Microsoft Azure AD, Saviynt, SailPoint, or Okta
Knowledge of IAM-related regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IAM certifications are a plus
