Responsibilities
Set the annual events strategy in partnership with Growth Marketing
Align events to brand narrative, go-to-market priorities, and growth goals
Define the role of events across the full funnel—from brand awareness to pipeline and expansion
Build and maintain a multi-year event roadmap aligned to business priorities
Plan and execute events end-to-end, including promotion, storytelling, logistics, and on-site execution
Manage event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Services, Partner, Product, Comms) to deliver cohesive experiences
Own operational processes, timelines, vendors, and agencies
Ensure consistent brand presence and high-quality execution across all events
Lead and develop event team members and external partners
Define and track event performance metrics (pipeline impact, ROI, engagement)
Build scalable processes for capture, reporting, and optimization
Use data and insights to continuously refine the events strategy
Champion inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading B2B events and field marketing programs
Strong strategic mindset paired with operational rigor
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder events at scale
Demonstrated ability to connect events to pipeline and revenue outcomes
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Willingness to travel to support key events and on-the-ground execution
