Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
Maintain and update digital and physical employee files, ensuring compliance and data accuracy
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in HR or Recruitment
Ability to start immediately or on very short notice
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred
Familiarity with HRIS or ATS platforms
