Responsibilities

Analyze demographic, psychographic, and competitive data to pinpoint specific site opportunities, underserved markets, and emerging growth areas
Develop market entry strategies and location recommendations to support franchise sales efforts
Partner closely with the franchise development team to align real estate strategy with lead generation and license sales
Provide market insights and location recommendations to prospective franchisees during the sales process
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of real estate opportunities in priority markets
Cultivate relationships with landlords, brokers, developers, and local market experts to stay ahead of trends and opportunities
Contribute to national and regional expansion plans by identifying clusters of opportunity and recommending market prioritization
Support internal reporting and presentations with data-driven insights on market potential

Required

5+ years of experience in retail real estate brokerage, market planning, or franchise development
Strong analytical skills and experience with market research tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional teams. Follow up skills are a must
Passion for growth and a keen eye for spotting opportunity and fostering relationships in the real estate community
Ability to travel as needed to evaluate markets, support franchise development efforts and attend national and regional conferences
Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Zoom
Must have a self-starter mentality with results driven focus
Must be a cultural fit and take initiative where opportunities exist
Ability to interact effectively with franchisees, vendors, and employees at all levels of the organization
Hard working, outgoing, positive and friendly attitude
Ability to think analytically and perform tactically as well as strategically
Must be organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
