Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to join our amazing Human Resources Team! In this role, you will be responsible for event planning, data entry, and assisting with various projects to support the Human Resources Team.

Calendaring
Errands
Assisting with projects
Assist the Human Resources Team with a variety of projects
Coordination of employee orientation
Employee engagement initiatives/projects

Required

High School Diploma
Enthusiasm for the mission of NWSH and patients we serve
Strong problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Intermediate computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Word, & Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Two years of previous office experience required

Preferred

Prior experience in Human Resources
