Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert with in-depth knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite and digital platform best practices

Hands-on architecting and designing of solutions using domain models, including application, integration, and data architectures

Provide technical expertise and analysis for highly specialized applications and operational environments

Conduct high-level functional systems analysis and design, and advise on integration and implementation strategies
