This role involves managing incoming leads, maintaining CRM accuracy, and supporting day-to-day office operations while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Manage all incoming leads from initial contact through scheduling and follow-up
Follow the established lead follow-up structure and document all required lead data
Maintain the CRM (Pipedrive) daily, keeping all deals up to date and compliant
Flag missing information or issues and notify the appropriate team member
Track lead progress and assist with reporting and performance insights
Participate in weekly meetings with the Marketing team to review lead quality and trends
Provide direct administrative support to the Business Owner and Business Manager
Schedule appointments, estimates, and internal activities
Assist with documentation, organization, and business processes
Communicate professionally with customers, staff, trade partners, and vendors
Help resolve issues by coordinating between customers, sales, and operations
Qualification
Required
Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
Comfortable working with different personalities and roles
Strong problem-solving skills; enjoys challenges and puzzles
Clear written and spoken English
Ability to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with CRM systems and office software preferred
Experience in roofing, construction, or home services is a plus, but not required
