Responsibilities

Maintain an organized and up-to-date library of sales collateral and marketing materials
Manage print and promotional projects through our production workflow, ensuring accuracy, quality, and delivery on time and on budget
Support the planning and project management of webinars, trade shows, and events—ensuring marketing and sales teams are fully prepared to generate leads and drive revenue
Contribute to our content engine by sourcing high-quality assets, scheduling and posting content across channels, monitoring social media engagement, and proofreading for quality and consistency
Make basic image and text updates to the Ironmark website
Help document team processes, track expenses, and compile recurring marketing performance reports

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
1+ years of marketing experience
Ability to commute to Ironmark's office near Columbia, MD; this hybrid role requires 1-2 in-office days per week
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
Demonstrated initiative and a proactive, can-do approach
Eagerness to expand your marketing skills
A true enthusiasm for all things marketing

Preferred

Exposure or experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, SharePoint, Google Analytics, or Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with B2B marketing fundamentals and best practices
An eye for design and ability to create marketing collateral and graphics
