Responsibilities
Assist area management and operations personnel in achieving performance goals related to safety, quality, waste minimization, capacity, reliability, and operability
Coordinate with corporate and site production planners on production timing and raw material availability
Develop and track key performance indicators
Participate in investigations of area performance issues and propose technical solutions
Gain experience as Area representative for design, construction, and implementation of investment projects
Maintain and develop standards for area operating documentation
Collaborate on design and execute plant trials to enhance area performance
Compile and submit environmental data for compliance with agencies
Engage in continued development of self and area personnel through coaching and feedback
Support site and area production system improvements
Qualification
Required
BS Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline, OR individuals expected to graduate May 2026 in Chemical Engineering or related Field
Preferred
0-2 years of engineering experience, preferably in a plant operation function
