Responsibilities
Process and code monthly field invoices for assigned projects and divisions
Support weekly check runs and help meet recurring payment deadlines
Maintain accurate records and ensure invoice data integrity
Partner with internal teams to resolve invoice or payment-related questions
Assist with general accounts payable and administrative finance tasks
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow processes, manage deadlines, and work independently
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Prior exposure to accounts payable or accounting functions
Experience with Oracle, JD Edwards (JDE), and/or Concur
