Responsibilities

Setup, edit, and maintain CNC tool and cutter grinding machines
Operate equipment within established cycle times and performance expectations
Perform first piece inspection and in-process inspections to ensure product quality
Use precision measurement and inspection equipment
Follow engineering documentation including
Support teammates by assisting with equipment uptime and efficient production flow
Work safely around moving equipment and machine components while using required PPE (protective eyewear and safety footwear)

Required

High school diploma or GED, with the ability to read, write, and comprehend English
6+ months related experience in a CNC / tooling / manufacturing setting
Working knowledge of decimal and metric measurements, including conversions
Basic math skills including: Addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, Fractions, decimals, and related equations
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Solid communication skills and a reliable, team-first attitude
Comfort working independently under direct supervision

Preferred

Associate's degree in Machine Tool Technology
3 to 5 years CNC tool and cutter grinding experience
