The Health Information Management Internship involves responsibilities such as checking mail, scanning documents, and assisting in various areas to familiarize the intern with Canopy's policies.

Checking mail twice a week

Scanning and Uploading documents into the client’s charts

Assisting in other areas that will build rapport as well as familiarize the individual with Canopy Policies and Guidelines

Current students enrolled in an undergraduate program in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field

Must be enrolled, and in good academic standing, with an accredited academic institution at time of internship
