Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage technical projects from start to finish
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business stakeholders
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure technical feasibility and compliance with industry standards
Manage budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered within scope
Communicate project status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders in an effective manner
Oversee quality assurance and testing processes to ensure deliverables meet requirements

Required

10+ years of experience in technical project management
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), IT infrastructure, or cloud technologies
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/SAFe Agile (preferred)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
Ability to define, implement, and maintain project process guidance (e.g., project plan and subordinate plans), tailoring organizational processes as needed in collaboration with Scrum Master
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required

Preferred

Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
