Responsibilities

Assist with monitoring the daily core systems, incident and problem tracking, and reporting

Assist in routine system maintenance, including help perform core system updates and help ensure proper system processing (Systems include but are not limited to the core processing systems, document imaging system and ATM processor)

SQL will be used to generate system queries or modify existing queries based on business needs

Research problems as they arise and assist in implementing resolutions when necessary

Participate in disaster recovery testing

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Keeps the Manager informed of activities, conditions and issues of department

Performs other duties as needed upon request from immediate supervisor

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree required, preferably I.T. related degree

Minimum of one year related experience preferred

Banking or CU experience preferred

Intermediate proficiency with Fiserv DNA, Oracle Relational Database Management System and experience with database queries using Structured Query Language (SQL) preferred

Knowledge of Batch Job Scheduler system and Document Management System preferred
