Responsibilities
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables from kickoff through turnover
Interpret and communicate project plans, specifications, and scopes of work
Direct and coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and associated trades
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer representatives
Prepare, review, and distribute technical documentation such as submittals, IOMs, and reports
Oversee project financials including invoicing, cost tracking, progress payments, and change orders
Draft, negotiate, and administer change documentation as scope evolves
Qualification
Required
Proven background managing commercial HVAC installation projects
Working knowledge of hydronics, air distribution, VRF systems, and building automation
Technical familiarity with equipment such as air handlers, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, VAVs, and VFDs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead teams toward shared project objectives
Demonstrated discipline, resilience, and commitment to ongoing technical development
Preferred
Prior experience in commercial mechanical contracting or related industry
