Responsibilities
Define, lead, and communicate product strategy aligned with Axtria’s business goals
Own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for DataMax
Rapidly move from strategy to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact initiatives
Identify new market opportunities and drive the next generation of data products
Identify, validate, and document customer and market requirements
Drive product growth and expansion by incorporating customer and market feedback
Evaluate market share and conduct competitive analysis across the product suite
Prioritize requirements, maintain the product backlog, and deliver capabilities that drive adoption and revenue growth
Partner with Product Marketing to define and execute go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging
Serve as an internal and external evangelist for Axtria’s Data & AI platforms
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and key customers to support commercial success
Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers while remaining a hands-on contributor
Work closely with Engineers and UX Designers in an agile environment
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies with global teams across the US and India
Influence stakeholders and build consensus across cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in product management, with 10+ years in software, SaaS, or technology-driven businesses
8+ years in B2B enterprise SaaS product management, preferably in data, analytics, or AI platforms
Bachelor's degree required (Engineering or technical degree preferred). MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams as a Product Owner or Product Leader
Strong market analysis and customer discovery skills with data-driven decision making
Experience building and scaling large-scale, cloud-based data platforms
Background in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or commercial operations needed
Proven ability to 'sell' product vision internally and externally and work globally, ensuring success in delivery, production, and scalability
