Responsibilities

Assemble avionics components using a variety of methods including additive manufacturing and composite bonding
Work alongside mechanical and electrical teams to support seamless cross-functional assembly
Assist manufacturing and test teams with maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical problems

Qualification

Required

2+ years of experience in machining, fabrication, or manufacturing
Proficiency with standard hand and power tools
Solid understanding of safe machining processes

Preferred

Machining and assembly experience in the aviation or aerospace industry
Strong attention to detail
Experience with Solidworks or Fusion 360, or similar CAD software
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt and troubleshoot in a dynamic R&D environment
