Specialized Lending Account Manager

Responsibilities
Coordinate applicable funding with partner banks to ensure funding occurs as agreed. Create accurate notices and fund subsequent loan advances in accordance with terms of credit agreement. Ensure funding entries are balanced and processed accordingly in ACBS
Monitor/Analyze daily reports to ensure records are maintained according to the activity of the borrower’s loan record
Set up SOFR tranches and Letters of Credit on the Loan Accounting System according to pricing information received from borrower or lead bank
Monitor all incoming notices from partner banks. Compare notice against Loan Source System for discrepancies. Research discrepancies and contact appropriate personnel with partner bank for resolution as needed. Update loan system accordingly to ensure proper financial reporting of bank balances and interest/fee income
Monitor all incoming wires, identify and process as required (e.g. – Swap, Bonds, Syndicated or Participated loans, etc)
Check work previously submitted to confirm completeness and accuracy
Manually calculate and prepare bills for internal customers as may be required
Manually calculate and prepare bills for related fees (i.e. – unused commitment fees, annual administrative fees etc.). Monitor the collection of the fees and ensure they are posted to the Loan Source System or appropriate GL account accordingly for proper reporting of bank income
Manually notify partner banks of all internal pricing changes and analyze incoming pricing changes from partner banks - ensure that the Loan Source System is updated accordingly, per the terms of the Credit Agreement
Interact with lending staff and serve as relationship representative on behalf of the Bank with all partner banks to identify and resolve operational issues
Prioritize individual daily workload to meet established deadlines
Properly store and maintain all activity electronically, included but not limited to all information related to pricing changes, re-pricing and any required manual calculations

Qualification
Required
Strong working knowledge of SBA loan servicing and 1502 reporting
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization

Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline required
3 – 5 years of previous experience in syndicated loan portfolio processing and servicing
Preferred
Knowledge of ACBS loan system a plus
