Quality Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

Validate, classify, and transcribe SalesForce feedback into CAPA systems (EtQ, SharePoint, etc.)
Coordinate with plant operations, engineering, and commercial teams to address issues
Escalate critical matters to leadership when necessary
Develop and monitor KPIs and action plans for customer satisfaction
Lead training sessions on feedback processes and root cause analysis
Lead feedback efforts to align SalesForce, SAP, and EtQ processes
Report division quality data monthly using PowerBI, SalesForce, and ETQ
Ensure systematic resolution of similar issues division-wide “look across all processes”
Optimize customer quality processes and align requirements with system standards
Work with a team to drive Lean Principles in the Divisional Quality Processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering or science
5+ years of manufacturing experience, time spent in a quality or process role
Citizenship: US Citizenship required
ISO 9001 auditor preferred
Belt Certification: Certified master black belt (or green belt) with multiple project experience, both individually accomplished and group/multisite preferred
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certification is preferred

Preferred

Experience with ISO 13485, 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949 standards
Working knowledge of PCPD, SPC, MSA, DOE, Statistics, DMAIC, and Total Quality methods
Cross functional project management experience
Experience with problem solving tools such as Kepner Tregoe Problem Solving & Decision Making
Experience in processes for both job shop and continuous manufacturing
Familiar with Sharepoint, SalesForce, SAP, PowerBi, EtQ, Camstar and WindchillC
Customer service experience
