They are seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional hospitality to guests, manage inquiries, and coordinate catering and visitor access.

Responsibilities

Focus on all incoming Guests, Visitors and Employees with an outstanding professional, interpersonal, and hospitable greeting

Drive successful hospitality engagements by answering inquiries / requests about the local market, sites, business, amenities, and or operations through their strong knowledge base

Assist visitors with contacting their host/hostesses while adhering to building / floor specific security access processes and policies. Issue temporary badge access to visitors and maintain records of guest visits in the visitors’ log

Coordinate catering requests, deliveries, and coordinate the replenishment of snacks for the breakroom with local vendors as needed

Answer incoming phone calls, transferring as necessary

Demonstrated proficiency with all applicable software packages, including, but not limited to: MS Windows and MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
