Responsibilities
Gathering and documenting clear, unambiguous, and testable business requirements from the client
Understanding the business requirements thoroughly in order to communicate business need and system functionality to technical and non-technical stakeholders, project team members, and the user community
Working with the project team and stakeholders to examine existing and future-state business processes, data, and systems
Guiding the gathering of business requirements as they relate to the desired system functionality
Providing training/shadowing/coaching to existing and upcoming BA/QA roles and SMEs
Tailoring existing content and processes to the business area needs
Adding context for using the tool of Azure DevOps in order to create project artifacts on a fast-paced agile development and maintenance delivery team
Using existing templates to create content/reference material for business analyst and quality assurance roles and business subject matter experts
Creating cohesiveness between business, technical staff, and project management office
Managing the Azure DevOps backlog, user stories, and management of Azure DevOps cards for work progress
Qualification
Required
5+ years Training/Teaching Background
5+ years Azure DevOps (comfortable with creating epics/features for projects)
5+ years Understanding of BA, QA, DEV roles/responsibilities - Experience with as-is/to-be processes and content creation
5+ years overall experience & bachelor's degree are required
