Responsibilities

Champion HR strategy and guidance within a round-the-clock operational setting that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Cultivate a workplace culture defined by excellence and accountability across the organisation
Act as a trusted counsel to the executive team on all workforce and people matters
Spearhead change management projects and organisational growth initiatives
Handle employee relations matters with discretion, empathy, and careful judgment
Direct the creation, rollout, and communication of HR policies
Collaborate with senior leaders to tackle staffing challenges in a competitive hiring landscape
Maintain rigorous adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local employment legislation
Engage with diverse stakeholders across various programme areas to cultivate strong, productive relationships
Formulate and execute HR strategies that reflect the organisation's core values: people, excellence, collaboration, innovation, and integrity
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, encompassing talent acquisition, employee relations, regulatory compliance, performance oversight, compensation, and benefits management
