Responsibilities
Analyze and improve data management processes for custom orders
Assist in streamlining the printing, sorting, and distribution of job cards for production
Support the preparation and optimization of digital folders for the production process
Participate in process refinement for compiling replacement order information
Run automated software to create art
Update internal proprietary software to reflect completed tasks
Update SAP systems to reflect updated dates and create/group items for delivery
Qualification
Required
Current students enrolled in a 2- or 4-year college or technical school
Experience with Microsoft office applications and ability to learn new software
Excellent written and verbal communication
Detail oriented and organized
Ability to understand product specifications and product visuals
Adaptable to a quickly changing environment
Ability to learn multiple new tasks
Ability to openly collaborate and develop relationships with internal and external team members
Preferred
Experience with use of SAP and SAP related systems
