Responsibilities
Oversee the entire event lifecycle, making informed decisions to ensure success
Create and manage project budgets and timelines with precision and efficiency
Collaborate with account and creative leads, actively participating in client strategy and status meetings
Coordinate all event content elements and oversee production
Lead RFP response teams for events ranging from hundreds to thousands of participants
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, internal teams, venues, and vendors
Work closely with internal teams to align event objectives, strategies, and creative requirements
Negotiate effectively with clients, venues, and vendors to manage costs
Partner with VIVA’s live team to ensure A/V requirements align with creative and project goals
Collaborate with VIVA’s digital team, leveraging extensive knowledge of digital event components
Lead and inspire on-site teams to deliver flawless events that consistently exceed client expectations
Manage on-site event execution with professionalism and attention to detail
Deliver all post-event materials and client deliverables on time and to the highest standard
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience leading production of live and virtual events
6+ years of team leadership experience in an agency or corporate environment
