Responsibilities
Lead business process discovery workshops to assess current BCM, DR, and resilience practices and translate requirements into ServiceNow BCM solutions
Design and configure BCM use cases within ServiceNow, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), risk assessments, continuity plans, testing, and lifecycle management
Align BCM processes with industry standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST, ITIL) while tailoring solutions to organizational needs
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing process recommendations, governance models, and continuous improvement strategies
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure workflows, data models, integrations, and reporting meet business and compliance objectives
Define KPIs, dashboards, and reports to measure resilience posture, testing effectiveness, and regulatory readiness
Support change management, user training, and adoption strategies to ensure successful BCM process rollout
Document process flows, functional designs, and operating procedures to support long-term sustainability
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Business Process Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role
Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing Business Continuity Management or Operational Resilience programs
Strong knowledge of BCM concepts, including BIA, recovery strategies, continuity planning, and testing
Experience working with the ServiceNow platform in a functional or process-focused role
Ability to translate complex regulatory or risk requirements into practical, scalable business processes
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with ServiceNow BCM, IRM, GRC, or Integrated Risk Management modules
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (ISO 22301, NIST, FFIEC, SOX, or similar)
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-IRM) or BCM-related certifications (CBCP, MBCI, ISO 22301)
Experience working in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government
