A diploma, degree or relevant experience required
Post-secondary education in a related discipline, Electrical, Millwright, or license or equivalent combination of education and experience
5 years maintenance experience in automotive industry managing relationships with the Original Equipment Manufacturers and Tier I automotive suppliers
Experience with project management
Must demonstrate high level of initiative as well as exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with MS Project, MS Excel and MS Office
Leadership experience in obtaining new business with medium or large industrial or automotive customers
Able to travel locally as well as internationally
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents such as blue prints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Proven ability to communicate verbally and in written form effectively with co-workers, departments, management, vendors and customers

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with and without assistance, in a safe manner

Ability to be up and standing and or walking for prolonged periods of time
Ability to operate office machinery – computers, printers, copiers etc
Ability to focus and remain stationary for periods of time as necessary to complete tasks as assigned
Must be open to specific job training requirements as detailed on the job-training checklist, evaluations, and/or company mandated training
Preferred
Experience in foundry, metal, aluminum or steel industries
