Responsibilities

A specialist associate on our Asset Movement Operations - Retirement team is trained to review cash and securities transactions, risk-based rules in line with Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor to make quality decisions to minimize risk to clients and client

In this role you will assess account balances and holdings, review supporting documentation, and use knowledge of regulatory rules and internal procedures to assess work items, often as the last line of defense

You will work in a collaborative environment with other team members to complete high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment and may assist and train other members of the team

The specialist also interacts directly with clients via phone and email to provide support on processes and systems related to the job function
