Responsibilities

Perform personnel related duties including scanning, filing, make overtime call outs in accordance with local process, maintain payroll, and track attendance in accordance with provisions of union agreements and company policy

Develops and maintains statistical data using excel and share point, and prepares information and reports pertaining to budgets, base/line forecasts, operations, performance, and OSHA data

Assists in the development and maintenance of advance work schedules for base/line operation functions utilizing computer generated volume data and base/line math model guidelines

May provide forecasts of future manpower requirements and may assist in coordinating the adjustment/utilization of staffing resources to meet workload requirements to assure efficient cost and performance control

Provide support for management by coordination and preparation of reports associated with personnel, staffing levels, budget, operations, performance, and OSHA
