They are seeking a detail-oriented Campaign Operations Coordinator to support the execution and day-to-day operations of consumer campaigns, focusing on campaign follow-ups, consumer messaging, and data management.

Responsibilities

Execute campaign-related tasks including consumer follow-ups, payouts, and status updates
Enter, review, and maintain high volumes of data in the CMS and internal systems
Respond to consumer messages and inquiries within the CMS in a timely and professional manner
Track campaign progress using Excel and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy for each individual campaign
Work through thousands of consumer records, verifying completion, eligibility, and payout status
Flag discrepancies, missing information, or issues for escalation
Maintain organized documentation and tracking to support reporting and audits
Follow established processes closely while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

Required

Experience in operations, campaign support, CMS management, or data-heavy roles
Strong proficiency in Excel (tracking, filters, formulas, organization)
High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
Comfortable working through large volumes of records and messages
Ability to stay focused in a heads-down, execution-heavy role
Strong written communication skills for consumer-facing messaging

Preferred

Experience working in a CMS or CRM environment
Background in marketing operations, consumer support, or fulfillment workflows
Experience handling payouts, incentives, or reward-based programs
Familiarity with campaign tracking or operational reporting
Experience using Notion
Familiarity with Lovable
