Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall maintenance; including planning, coordinating, budgeting, organizing and maintaining the physical needs of the property
Perform and lead the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments
Overseeing additional maintenance team personnel and responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Multi-family maintenance experience required
Qualified candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
Qualified candidates must have reliable transportation
Qualified candidates must have availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule
Qualified candidates must carry an owned smartphone device
Preferred
New construction experience preferred
