Responsibilities
Broad corporate practice including entity formation, Company & partnership agreements, and standard commercial agreements
Venture Capital transactions, including structuring, convertible financings, and equity financing rounds
Carrying out due diligence matters
Supporting Seniors and Partners on day-to-day client requests
Qualification
Required
1-3 years' venture experience
Ability to act as trusted counsel to venture investors during early stage finance rounds
Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents
Experience in conducting due diligence
Ability to advise clients on various legal matters
Broad corporate practice including entity formation, Company & partnership agreements, and standard commercial agreements
Experience in Venture Capital transactions, including structuring, convertible financings, and equity financing rounds
Ability to support Seniors and Partners on day-to-day client requests
