Responsibilities
Defining requirements and functional architecture
Participating in testing, training, and application implementation
Assist the business line with requirements
Collaborate with the application development team to create a functional architecture
Maintaining detailed knowledge of the business's current technology and infrastructure from a functional perspective
Providing guidance on the business implications of development projects
Contribute to process improvement projects aimed at enhancing business results
Training and implementing applications
Partnering with business stakeholders to identify and document business needs
Leading efforts to investigate, analyze, and resolve application problems related to system functions
Serve as the first point of contact for user support and problem-solving
Manage routine projects
Frequent interaction with business lines, including management and internal resources, to ensure the quality, timeliness, and testing of all project/release work
Work with technology and application development teams to design or select solutions that meet business needs for large projects
Review and validate test plan approaches for proper functionality coverage
Coordinate and execute test plans
Seeking opportunities to improve the testing process
Qualification
Required
Experience in liaison and relationship management to support technology initiatives
Defining requirements and functional architecture
Participating in testing, training, and application implementation
Assisting the business line with requirements
Collaborating with the application development team to create a functional architecture
Maintaining detailed knowledge of the business's current technology and infrastructure from a functional perspective
Providing guidance on the business implications of development projects
