Responsibilities

Lead the Global Device & Endpoint Strategy, spanning laptops (Windows and Apple), VDI, mobile (iOS/Android), and device-as-a-service
Operationalize Apple as a Strategic Choice, ensuring consistent user experience, performance, and security across macOS and iOS—partnering with Apple, Jamf, and MDM/UEM providers
Deliver World-Class Operations for provisioning, patching, fulfillment, field services, and device lifecycle with a zero-touch, cloud-first approach
Build a Self-Healing Workplace with telemetry, AI, and Nexthink-driven automation to detect, diagnose, and resolve issues before they impact users
Implement GenAI Solutions at Scale to empower self-service, reduce support dependency, and elevate digital fluency across the enterprise
Own Digital Experience Health with proactive observability, real-time scoring, and automation that measures and improves workplace performance
Oversee Modern Endpoint Management with tools like Intune, Autopilot, and UEMs that support secure, compliant, and dynamic work environments
Develop Workplace Applications including software delivery, virtual agents, and self-service portals that remove friction and boost productivity
Lead and Inspire a Global Team across engineering, operations, and product—delivering measurable outcomes and a service-first culture

Qualification

Required

Deep technical knowledge in Windows, macOS, virtual desktops, mobile platforms, UEM (Intune, Jamf), and endpoint security
Proven experience rolling out Apple devices as a supported, strategic platform—balancing user preference, supportability, and risk
Strong operational track record in global device management, field services, and self-healing automation
Thought leader in AI-driven support, GenAI workflows, digital experience telemetry, and system health engineering
Trusted partner who can engage across CISO, CTO, Risk, Legal, and business functions
Empathetic people leader with a builder mindset and relentless focus on colleague outcomes

Preferred

15+ years in digital workplace or enterprise endpoint leadership at scale—ideally in highly regulated environments
