Senior Digital Solutions Specialist
adm Indicia is a next-generation brand activation agency that focuses on creating meaningful brand experiences to drive ROI. The Senior Digital Solutions Specialist will support the development of customer engagement platform practices, manage client campaigns, and innovate digital properties for clients, while staying updated on marketing technology trends.
Responsibilities
Support the development of adm Indicia Customer Engagement Platform practices in line with partnership objectives and client development plans
Actively engage, review, and manage client campaigns and projects and makes recommendations to ensure optimal and most efficient routes to delivery are achieved
Give input to the development of adm Indicia’s CEP practice across Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager, Braze, Iterable and Moengage in line with partnership objectives and client development plans
Keep up to date with new and advancing technologies that will further our CEP offerings through additional opportunities across CDP and Insight technologies like Treasure Data, Tealium, Segment and Amplitude
Support the scoping, planning and delivery of ecommerce implementations and migrations
Support pre-sales activity through to sales collateral and the estimating process of digital centric solutions
Provide ideas that lead to the innovation of new or existing digital properties for adm Indicia's client base
Keep on top of current innovations and trends within the marketing technology landscape
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, Tealium, Segment, Amplitude, etc
Proven experience in best practice campaign conception, build, and deployments including reputation management and send plan design
Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
Knowledge of Data Protection & GDPR along with its impact on digital marketing activity
A knowledge of deploying decisions and campaigns across multiple channels; digital and offline is preferred
A knowledge of person identification techniques or technologies across offline and online is an added bonus!
Comfortable within a fast paced, quick turnaround campaign management environment
Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns specific to targeting & deliverability
Experience in a platform management capacity
Driver of efficiencies within processes through automation or similar method
Deployment into a digital environment e.g. Web (onsite & paid media), Apps or Social
Support the end-to-end pre-sales process including preparation of collateral, presentations and estimation
Prior background in business transformation project that has focused on the people or process change required to adopt a marketing technology or improve use of existing marketing or BI technology
Preferred
A knowledge of deploying decisions and campaigns across multiple channels; digital and offline is preferred
A knowledge of person identification techniques or technologies across offline and online is an added bonus!
