Technical Support Representative
SoTalent is seeking a Technical Support Representative who can deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing first-level technical assistance and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical assistance for internet services and related devices
Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues across operating systems, PCs, and browsers
Resolve customer issues quickly, aiming for first-call resolution
Open and manage trouble tickets for network and device-related problems
Maintain a positive, professional attitude while assisting customers
Collaborate with team members and management to ensure service excellence
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
Comfortable with desktop computer systems and Windows-based environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
