Responsibilities
Process endorsements, ACORD forms, applications, and claims
Quote new business, rewrites, and renewals across multiple platforms and states
Review existing client accounts and provide coverage recommendations
Manage both direct-billed and agency-billed annual renewals
Participate in weekly team meetings and monthly department meetings
Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
Present and explain insurance policies, including coverage details, terms, and conditions
Ensure clients maintain appropriate coverage while proactively identifying and resolving issues
Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and industry standards
Qualification
Required
Active New York Property & Casualty license required
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple requests from clients and management with a positive, professional attitude
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including OneDrive and Outlook, with strong organizational skills
