Required

Sales and upselling skills with the ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
Effective verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers and team members
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment
Proficiency in using basic computer applications and technology tools for client management and documentation
Minimum requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
State licensing in insurance sales is required or must be obtained upon hiring (assistance provided)
Preferred
Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
