Perform repairs and maintenance with speed and precision, following Subaru and Lithia standards
Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend solutions
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Road-test vehicles to verify repairs
Accurately document work performed and time spent
Maintain your own set of essential mechanic tools
Qualification
Required
High School graduate or equivalent
18 years or older
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
A team player with a customer-first mindset
Preferred
Prior automotive repair experience
ASE and Subaru manufacturer certifications
