Responsibilities
Serve as the Personnel Liaison (PL) and Attendance Coordinator (AC) for the Program Support Division (PSD)
Work closely with PSD management to ensure coordination of personnel functions for the Division
Initiate and coordinate all Requests for Personnel Action (RPA) and personnel management proposals including hiring Case’s in ServiceNow (SNOW)
Assist with re-organization or restructure requests, Out-of-Class assignments and hiring above minimum requests
Provide guidance to management regarding the hiring process and responsible for ongoing recruitment activities for the Division
Serve as the primary liaison between our division and the Human Resources division, facilitating effective communication and coordination regarding benefits administration
Qualification
Required
Experience in personnel management and coordination of personnel functions
Ability to initiate and coordinate Requests for Personnel Action (RPA)
Experience with recruitment activities and providing guidance on the hiring process
Strong communication skills to serve as a liaison between divisions
Ability to assist with re-organization or restructure requests
Experience with benefits administration
Benefits
This position is subject to PLP 2025 and will have a monthly base pay reduction of 3% in exchange for 5 hours of leave credits through June 2027.
