Responsibilities
Lead design efforts across complex problem spaces from discovery through delivery
Frame ambiguous challenges into clear experience strategies and design direction
Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in regulated environments
Create high-quality UX and visual design work across responsive web and platform experiences
Contribute to shared patterns, components, and standards without being siloed into systems-only work
Translate brand, interaction, and accessibility principles into repeatable, scalable solutions
Partner closely with product, engineering, research, and content teams to drive alignment
Influence design quality and consistency through critique, reviews, and mentorship
Advocate for usability, accessibility, and clarity across the product ecosystem
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in product design, including complex or enterprise-scale products
Experience operating at a senior or lead level within large, cross-functional organizations
Strong UX and visual design fundamentals with an eye for systems and patterns
Fluency in Figma, including components, libraries, documentation, and collaboration workflows
Comfort navigating ambiguity, influencing without authority, and guiding teams forward
A portfolio that shows not just what you designed, but how you thought, collaborated, and led
